Tenuta Asciano consist of the main house and an annex. The main house is divided in 3 apartments. Apartment 1, reached by an external stone staircase and loggia. Large sitting/dining room with kitchenette and stone fireplace with corner grill, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. A single bed can be added to the double bedroom. Apartment 2 consists of two floors. The entrance on the first floor in a dining-room with fireplace from which a stone staircase leads to the second floor with kitchen, 3 double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite. A single bed can be added to one of the double bedrooms.
Apartment 3 has 2 floors. The apartment is reached by a travertine staircase. The first floor consist of a sitting/dining room with kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bathroom with bath. ATTIC: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, sitting room. A single bed can be added to the double bedroom (first floor).
The annex is divided into 2 apartments.
Apartment 4 on two levels with spacious external area, for private use, with garden furniture and barbecue. First floor has an entrance, small twin bedroom, large twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. The second floor consists of small sitting-room, kitchen/dining-room, large double bedroom, bathroom with shower. A single bed can be added to the double bedroom.
Apartment 5 on two levels with external private area with garden furniture and barbecue. The first floor consists of entrance, small twin bedroom, large twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. The second floor has a small sitting-room, kitchen/dining room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. A single bed can be added to the double bedroom.
Outside area features a large garden equipped with outdoor furniture. Also there is a barbecue, wood burning oven, mountain bikes, and a billiard room, are at the disposal of the guests. A 250 m cypress-lined path leads to the swimming pool with hydromassage, the children's playing area and the bowling alley. Nearby is the owner's villa.
