Villa Asta is a modernly decorated villa in Seget Donji, near the town of Trogir. This newly built villa offers a beautiful sea view. Villa Asta has a heated swimming pool, and is perfect for vacationing with family and friends. The fully air-conditioned villa has four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates eight people.
This stylish and well-equipped villa has three floors. The lower ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and access to the pool and outdoor dining area. One bedroom is also located on this floor. This bedroom has a double bed and a direct access to the pool. One bathroom with a shower and a utility room can be found on the lower ground floor. On the next floor (ground floor) is the living room of the house, which is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. Also this floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. One guest toilet is located on the ground floor. There are three double bedrooms on the first floor of the house. One of these has its own bathroom with bathtub. There is also one bathroom and a guest toilet on the first floor.
From the terrace area can be found a heatable swimming pool and eight sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. In addition, there is an outdoor dining area, a traditional barbecue grill and a table tennis. Three cars can be parked on the private parking area.
Please note that next to the villa there is a construction site in the finalization stage. This may still cause a small disturbance during the spring of 2023. This is not a major disruption, and the construction work will be finished by mid-June.
The villa is located in the village of Seget Donji, and the seaside part of the village has several natural and cultural attractions worth experiencing. There’s a small old port for boats that many local fishermen use today as a starting base for fishing, while in the vicinity of the harbor, there are several restaurants and cafes. The town of Trogir is only a short drive away and Split is about 35 kilometers away.
