Villa Mezzaia is a beautiful, old stone house in the heart of Tuscany, just a few minutes drive from the town of Cortona. This recently renovated villa has a private pool, a large garden and great views of Valdichiana. Up to 11 guests can stay comfortably in the villa's six air-conditioned bedrooms.
The entrance floor of the house has a bright living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. One double bedroom is located on this floor. The bedroom has a whirlpool bath and an access to the garden. A bathroom with a shower and a utility room can also be found on this floor. Other bedrooms are located on the first floor. Three bedrooms have double beds, one has a 140 cm bed, and one bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom with a shower. There are also two separate bathrooms with showers on this floor.
The outdoor area of the villa has a beautiful green garden and a cozy, private pool area, where you can enjoy the day by relaxing on sunbeds and admiring the view of Tuscan countryside. The air-conditioned pool house has a lounge and a bathroom with a shower. By the pool house there is also a beautiful pergola, equipped with barbecue and outdoor dining area.
The location of Villa Mezzaia is perfect for a relaxing holiday with the possibility of organizing visits to the countless localities and attractions in the area. There is only a few minutes drive to the closest town Castiglion Fiorentino where the needed services such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found. Also Cortona and Arezzo are easy to access by car.
