Villa Fiona

Villa Fiona is modern and stylish 4-bedroom villa with a private pool. It is located in a quiet area of Primošten proximity and it is only 150 meters from the closest beach. With total of four bedrooms and two sofa beds, villa accommodates up to 10 guests. Villa Fiona has two floors. The ground floor offers a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and direct connection on the outdoor dining and pool area. The living room is very light and stylish, and there is a comfortable sofa, TV, USB Stereo system, air-conditioner, fireplace, and glass walls towards the pool. A fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities that a guest needs for a very comfortable stay. In the kitchen there is also a dining table and glass slide doors towards the pool offering amazing sea views. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet and a Finnish sauna for two people. On the first floor there is all of the four bedrooms. Bedrooms are air-conditioned and each have an amazing sea views. Two of the bedrooms have a king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms and the other two have a king-size beds and sofa beds. Some bedrooms also have a balcony. The outdoor area offers a private and heated pool, outdoor shower, sun beds, a billiard and a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ. The views from the pool area are towards the village and the sea. The nearest pebble beach is only 150m from the property offering a crystal clear Adriatic sea and the most beautiful sunset views.
