Villa Medina has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The common areas are divided into three different zones and there are two big living rooms where to sit down together. Villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. Layout offers plenty of privacy for the guests, but as a side note; two of the bedrooms are connected so that guests need to pass by the other bedroom to get to the room in the back. This bedroom has entrance from the garden. Otherwise it can be guaranteed that in this villa everyone will have their own space. Villa Medina is perfect for big families or groups of friends who are looking for a relaxing accommodation with a good location.
Outside the villa there are five different terraces and one of them has a barbecue grill. There is a large swimming pool with sun beds, surrounded by well maintained gardens and the huge outdoor area to assure the privacy for the guests also outside the villa. The closest golf course is only one kilometre from the villa and Nikki Beach is two kilometres away. There are many restaurants and grocery stores near the villa. Despite of the quiet residential area location, city centre of Marbella is only 15 minute drive from the villa.
