This beautiful villa with pool is set right on the seafront in the pretty coastal town of Prigradica on the island of Korcula. The villa itself is divided into 3 apartments with space and beds for up to 20 people, making it suitable for families and groups of friends. The large grounds and terraces are the perfect space for the whole group to relax together and enjoy the stunning view from the seafront. The villa is fully air-conditioned and divided into three apartments, each connected with external stairs. The ground floor has a self-contained 2-bedroom apartment consisting of an open-plan kitchen and living room and two twin bedrooms, each with shower room. On the first floor is a self-contained 3-bedroom apartment with open-plan living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed and terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs. In addition, there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with shower room. One of the double bedrooms also benefits from its own private terrace with seating area and parasol. On the second and highest floor is another self-contained 3-bedroom apartment consisting of an open-plan living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed and terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs. Two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, each with shower room, are accessed from the living area. The outside terraces are accessed from the ground floor. A lower ground floor terrace with pool and sun loungers leads down to a second sunny terrace with jacuzzi, leading to a concrete plateau style beach with boat mooring for boats up to 5m available free of charge. A terrace to the rear of the villa also provides games including table tennis and darts. Prigradica, 500 m from the villa, is a pretty town in a small bay with a beach, cafes, bars and restaurants. The island of Korcula also has a lot of villages and towns to explore around the coastline, including the ancient Korcula Old Town.
